Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Haus Labs products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific beauty products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box if possible, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
